HINTS:
press . while in a shelter to hibernate (resets the weather, heals you, consumes 3 food)
you take damage if your temperature gets too high or low, or your oxygen runs out
if your food meter is completely full you can't eat any more
fire (^) lava (~) fungus (') or burning can light up the darkness
